Job Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join its team in Graveley, Hitchin. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the premises to deter and detect unauthorized activities
- Respond to security alarms and incidents in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct routine security checks and inspections
- Enforce company rules and regulations, including access control and parking procedures
- Maintain incident logs and report on security-related matters
- Liaise with law enforcement and other emergency services as necessary
- Provide general customer service and assistance to employees and visitors
Qualifications
- SIA Security Officer License (Level 2 or above)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong observational and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and????????
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
