Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Harborne, Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular patrols of the premises, both indoors and outdoors
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems
- Respond to alarms and other security incidents
- Enforce security policies and procedures
- Escort visitors and employees in and out of the facility
- Document and report all security-related activities
- Cooperate with law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Security Operations or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Security Officer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Physical fitness and ability to work independently and as part of a team
