Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to protect our premises in Harlow, UK. The ideal candidate will possess strong security knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and secure the premises through CCTV surveillance and physical patrols
- Respond promptly to security alerts and incidents
- Conduct thorough inspections of the property and surrounding areas
- Control access to the premises and maintain visitor logs
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary
- Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation
- Conduct security risk assessments and implement appropriate measures
- Provide customer service and assist visitors and employees as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Security Officer in a similar setting
- Excellent knowledge of security principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and ability to withstand long hours on foot
- SIA-accredited or equivalent security license
- Clean criminal record
- First Aid certification is desirable
