Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join their team in Harlow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security protocols, a proactive approach, and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Enforce security regulations and procedures on-site
- Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to incidents promptly
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure the safety of personnel and property
- Control access to restricted areas and screen visitors and employees
- Report suspicious activities or potential threats
- Provide assistance to staff, visitors, and the public in case of emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and activities
- Collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement as needed
Qualifications:
- SIA License or equivalent security certification
- Proven experience as a Security Officer in a corporate or commercial environment
- Excellent physical fitness and alertness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in operating security equipment and technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly observant
- Calm under pressure and able to make quick decisions
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Knowledge of First Aid and CPR is desirable
