Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and vigilant Full-time Security Officer to safeguard our on-site facilities in Hereford, ensuring the safety and security of our property, personnel, and assets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols to monitor and assess security risks
• Respond to and manage security incidents, such as theft, vandalism, or threats
• Enforce security regulations, policies, and procedures
• Control access to restricted areas and investigate unauthorized entry
• Monitor security cameras, alarm systems, and other surveillance equipment
• Prepare and submit incident reports and maintain accurate records
• Assist with crowd control and traffic management as needed
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and legal requirements related to security

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant security experience
• Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously
• Physical fitness and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with CCTV surveillance systems and alarm activations
• Proficient in incident reporting and documentation
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and emergency response procedures
