Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Heveningham, Suffolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting our premises, assets, and personnel, ensuring the safety and security of our workplace.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol the premises to deter and detect unauthorized entry or activity
Screen visitors, identify individuals, and control access to designated areas
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
Conduct regular safety and security inspections
Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
Maintain a detailed log of all security-related incidents
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services
Provide customer service and assist staff and visitors as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
Physical fitness and ability to work extended hours
Proficiency in using security equipment and technology
Current Security Industry Authority (SIA) License or willingness to obtain one
Clear criminal record check
