EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Hitcham. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional security services and maintaining a safe and orderly environment.
Overview
The Full Time Security Officer will be responsible for safeguarding the company's premises, personnel, and assets. This role involves protecting against unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security risks. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to designated areas
- Conduct routine patrols of the premises
- Inspect security systems and equipment to ensure proper operation
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
- Report suspicious activities or individuals to appropriate authorities
- Write clear and concise security reports
- Maintain accurate logs and records
- Provide customer service and assistance to visitors and employees
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security officer role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and observation abilities
- Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal)
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
