Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team at EarnFlex Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment on our business premises.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the assigned area, responding promptly to any incidents
- Control access to the premises and ensure only authorized individuals enter
- Inspect and secure buildings, doors, and windows
- Conduct routine searches for suspicious items or activities
- Operate security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems
- Report any suspicious activity, security incidents, or violations of company policies
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures
- Assist with crowd control and manage emergency situations
- Provide customer service to visitors and employees
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- SIA Security Officer License (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a security officer
- Excellent observation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and agility
- Knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- First aid certification preferred
Additional Information
- This position requires working irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
- The successful candidate must be able to pass a background check.
