Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team at our Hook End, UK location. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access points to the premises
- Conduct regular security patrols of the site
- Inspect and maintain security equipment, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively
- Maintain detailed security logs and report any suspicious activities
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and standards
- Keep abreast of industry best practices in security and stay up-to-date on emerging security threats
- May be required to perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a Security Officer or in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to observe and report accurately
- Physical fitness and ability to work long hours in a demanding environment
- Valid UK SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or willingness to obtain one
- First Aid certificate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
