Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to protect and secure our property and assets at our Horringer location. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security protocols, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and property
- Conduct regular patrols of the site, both internally and externally, to identify and mitigate potential threats
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, including emergencies and breaches
- Observe and report suspicious behavior or activities to appropriate authorities
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and advancements in security technology
- Undergo regular training to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions diligently
- Proficient in CCTV monitoring and emergency response procedures
- Physically fit and able to maintain long periods of alertness
- Valid First Aid certificate preferred
