Description:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Hungerford. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect suspicious activities
• Monitor and respond to security alarms and CCTV systems
• Control access to the premises and enforce security protocols
• Provide assistance to employees and visitors in case of emergencies or incidents
• Document and report incidents and security breaches
• Assist with investigations and coordinate with law enforcement as required
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all occupants

Qualifications:

• SIA Security Guarding License (minimum Level 2)
• Proven experience in a security role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Physical fitness and ability to respond effectively to emergencies
• Knowledge of fire safety and emergency procedures
