Full time Security Officer in Keith

Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Keith, UK. Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and personnel, the Security Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment and protecting assets.

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols and surveillance of the property and surroundings
• Monitor security systems, including cameras, alarms, and access control
• Respond to and resolve security incidents, such as unauthorized entry or suspicious activity
• Enforce safety regulations and procedures, including the implementation of fire prevention measures
• Perform regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working order
• Complete incident reports and provide detailed documentation of any security-related events
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with employees, clients, and visitors
• Provide customer service assistance as needed, including escorting visitors and handling inquiries
• Stay updated on industry best practices and security protocols
• Participate in security training and professional development programs as required

 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of experience in law enforcement, military, or security industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong situational awareness and problem-solving abilities
• Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Experience with security systems, including cameras, alarms, and access control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid security license or certification (preferred)
• Clean driving record and willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
