Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Full Time Security Officer based in Kelsale. Responsible for maintaining a secure environment, the incumbent will provide vigilant surveillance, access control, and response to incidents.

 

Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance equipment (e.g., CCTV, alarms) and alert relevant authorities when necessary
• Enforce access control measures, verifying visitor credentials and granting/denying entry
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to assess security risks and ensure compliance
• Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all observations, incidents, and actions taken
• Cooperate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required
• Enforce company policies and procedures pertaining to security
• Stay abreast of evolving security trends and best practices

Qualifications

• SIA Licence (required)
• Proven experience in the security industry, with specific focus on access control and surveillance monitoring
• Excellent observation and communication skills
• Strong situational awareness and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to incidents efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of security equipment and software systems (e.g., CCTV, intercoms)

Workplace

• The role is based in Kelsale, Saxmundham IP17 2PG, UK.
• On-site presence is required.
