Full Time Security Officer in Kendal

Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd., a leading technology company, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team at our Kendal office. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and property.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the premises to deter and prevent unauthorized entry, theft, or vandalism
• Control access to the office, verify visitor identification, and maintain visitor logs
• Conduct security inspections and identify potential security risks
• Respond to alarms, investigate incidents, and report suspicious activities
• Enforce safety regulations, fire safety procedures, and building evacuation plans
• Maintain accurate records and prepare comprehensive reports
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and legal requirements
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a safe and compliant workplace

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a security officer
• Strong physical fitness and situational awareness
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using security equipment, including CCTV cameras and access control systems
• Certified in first aid and CPR
• SIA License or the ability to obtain one
• Clean criminal record
