Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to safeguard our premises in Keswick, CA12 4NR. The ideal candidate will possess strong security knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises, including designated areas and restricted zones
• Enforce security protocols and procedures, including access control, incident reporting, and emergency response
• Conduct regular security inspections and identify potential risks
• Respond promptly to security incidents, including alarms, unauthorized entry, and suspicious activity
• Provide a visible presence and deter potential threats
• Assist with crowd control and access management during events and functions
• Report all incidents, observations, and activity logs to management
• Maintain a clean and organized security checkpoint
• Operate security equipment and systems, including CCTV, access control systems, and radios
• Keep abreast of security best practices and industry trends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a security role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Physical fitness and ability to work extended hours
• SIA Security Guard License (or equivalent)
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and access control protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clean driving record
