Job Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Kirby Bedon, Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Patrolling the premises and conducting regular surveillance
- Monitoring security cameras and responding to alarms
- Enforcing security protocols and procedures
- Screening visitors, contractors, and staff
- Controlling access to restricted areas
- Escorting visitors and employees as necessary
- Reporting any suspicious activities or incidents
- Maintaining incident logs and reporting to management
- Assisting with emergency procedures and evacuations
- Providing customer service and resolving security-related issues
Qualifications:
- SIA license or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
- First Aid and CPR certification an advantage
