Full time Security Officer in Kirkwall

Description Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Kirkwall, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors.

 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the premises
• Conduct regular patrols and inspect the property
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• Provide assistance to employees and visitors
• Report suspicious activity or security breaches
• Maintain security equipment and systems
• Prepare incident reports and maintain security logs
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other emergency services

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience as a security officer preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous activities
• Knowledge of security best practices and regulations
• Valid security license (SIA or equivalent)
• First Aid and CPR certification desirable
