Job Overview
EarnFlex Ltd., a leading provider of financial and consulting services, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join its Kirtling team. Responsible for safeguarding company assets and personnel at the on-site premises located at Kirtling, Newmarket CB8 9PB, UK, the successful candidate will be a proactive and vigilant member of our security team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine patrols of the property and monitor all access points
- Enforce company security policies and procedures effectively
- Respond to and investigate any security incidents promptly and effectively
- Monitor security camera systems and other surveillance equipment
- Control and authorize access to restricted areas
- Assist in maintaining a secure and orderly work environment
- Report suspicious activities or individuals to relevant authorities
- Provide support to law enforcement and emergency services as required
- Stay up-to-date with security regulations and best practices
- Perform other security-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
- Strong understanding of security systems and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness and agility to perform duties effectively
- Clear criminal record and clean driving history
