Job Title: Full-time Security Officer
Location: Knebworth, SG3 6DA, UK

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a secure and safe environment by monitoring the premises, performing regular patrols, and enforcing security regulations
- Control access to the building and grounds, identifying and screening visitors as necessary
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as fire, medical emergencies, or security breaches
- Conduct thorough investigations and provide detailed reports in response to incidents or suspicious activities
- Operate security equipment, including alarm systems, surveillance cameras, and access control systems
- Monitor and record vehicle and pedestrian traffic on the premises
- Document and report any unusual or unauthorized activities
- Provide customer service to visitors and tenants of the building
- Keep accurate records and maintain security-related data
Qualifications:
- SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent certification
- Experience in a security enforcement role with a proven track record of maintaining order and protecting property
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Physical fitness to perform security duties, including extended periods of standing or walking
- Proficiency in the use of security equipment and technologies
- Experience operating CCTV systems is highly desirable
- Previous military or law enforcement experience is advantageous
