Job Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a responsible and highly motivated Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Langholm, UK. The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of our premises.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas, ensuring adherence to company security protocols
- Perform routine security checks and inspections of equipment and facilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and alarms
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management
- Maintain surveillance equipment and report any security concerns or suspicious activities
- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors
- Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities and incidents
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security officer role
- Strong knowledge of security best practices and procedures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observation skills
- Physically fit and capable of performing physical tasks
- Proficient in the use of security equipment and surveillance systems
- Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent
- First aid certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a high level of integrity
