Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team at our Langworth, Lincoln location. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our staff, visitors, and assets.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol premises to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, or damage
- Perform access control and ID checks
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
- Investigate and report suspicious activities
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Conduct security patrols on foot and in vehicles
- Provide a visible and proactive presence to deter crime
- Assist with incident management and investigations
- Maintain logs and documentation related to security incidents
Qualifications
- SIA (Security Industry Authority) License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Physical fitness and ability to work long hours
- Experience in a similar security role
- Working knowledge of security systems and equipment
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Clean driving license
