Job Overview
EarnFlex Ltd., a leading provider of financial services, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join its team at its Laycock location. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized access or activity
- Respond promptly to alarms, security breaches, and other emergencies
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify potential security risks
- Enforce company security policies and procedures, including access control and visitor verification
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with employees, visitors, and contractors
- Report suspicious activities, incidents, and maintenance needs promptly to management
- Stay abreast of security trends, best practices, and industry regulations
- Perform other security-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in law enforcement or a closely related field
- Proven ability to handle security incidents and emergencies with composure and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with surveillance equipment, alarm systems, and access control technologies
- Understanding of relevant security regulations and industry best practices
- Excellent physical condition and attention to detail
