Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team at EarnFlex Ltd. in Leicester. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and prevent unauthorized entry
- Monitor security cameras and respond to any suspicious activity
- Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and effectively
- Maintain a secure perimeter around the premises
- Screen visitors and verify their credentials
- Report any incidents or irregularities to management
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Assist with other security-related duties as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Current Security Industry Authority (SIA) license
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and a strong sense of responsibility
