Full time Security Officer in Livingston

Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and vigilant Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Livingston. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises at 12 Innovation Park, Livingston, EH53 0JZ.

 

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel are granted entry
• Conduct routine security patrols of the building and surrounding area
• Respond to security alerts and incidents promptly and effectively
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Maintain security equipment, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and communication systems
• Document and report on security incidents and activities
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and tenants
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required

 

Qualifications

• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Physical fitness and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
• Good knowledge of fire safety and emergency procedures
• Clean driving license with no penalty points within the last 3 years
