Full time Security Officer in Lochinver

Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Lochinver, Lairg. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the premises, personnel, and assets of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure compliance with security measures
• Perform access control and identify unauthorized personnel
• Conduct security checks on individuals and vehicles
• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• Report suspicious activities, incidents, and breaches of security
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of security operations
• Follow established security protocols and policies
• Communicate effectively with clients, law enforcement, and emergency services
• Provide customer service and assist with inquiries

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security role
• Strong understanding of security principles, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using security equipment and technology
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work in challenging conditions
• Current Security Industry Authority (SIA) license with a minimum of Level 2 certification
• First Aid certification is desirable
