Job Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and employees.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect and deter criminal activity
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Respond to security alarms and incidents promptly and effectively
- Conduct routine security checks and inspections
- Report suspicious activity or security breaches to management
- Provide customer service and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Maintain detailed security records and incident reports
- Undergo regular security training and stay abreast of industry best practices
- Work as part of a team and coordinate with other security personnel
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a Security Officer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and security procedures
- SIA (Security Industry Authority) license and first aid certification preferred
