Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at EarnFlex Ltd. in Long Lee. The ideal candidate will have a strong security background and be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of our premises, staff, and assets.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the premises and ensure all visitors are authorized and properly escorted
- Conduct routine security patrols of the premises and surrounding areas
- Inspect and maintain security equipment, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems
- Respond to security incidents, such as theft, vandalism, or trespass
- Report incidents and provide written and verbal statements as necessary
- Cooperate with law enforcement and other emergency services
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies and procedures
- Assist with other security-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- SIA (Security Industry Authority) license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of situational awareness
- Physical fitness and the ability to work shifts in all weather conditions
- Proficiency in using CCTV surveillance and other security equipment
- Knowledge of fire safety and emergency procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
