Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Long Stratton, Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a secure and safe environment for our employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patrols of the facility, both inside and outside the premises
- Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems
- Respond to alarms and security breaches
- Enforce safety and security protocols
- Greet and screen visitors and contractors
- Control access to restricted areas
- Report suspicious activities and incidents to management
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of security activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement and other security agencies as necessary
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in a security role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of security systems and equipment
- Physical fitness and endurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
