Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to protect our Lowestoft site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and assets.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the site to prevent unauthorized access and activities
- Respond to security incidents promptly and effectively
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Conduct security checks and inspections of the site and equipment
- Manage access control systems and issue passes
- Observe and report suspicious individuals or activities
- Escort visitors and contractors as required
- Maintain security logs and prepare reports on security incidents
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors in case of emergencies
Qualifications
- Security industry experience with a focus on commercial or industrial properties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work independently
- SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent certification
- First Aid certification is preferred
- Experience with CCTV systems and access control technologies is highly desirable
