Description Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Macclesfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and prevent unauthorized access or activities
- Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, and incidents
- Conduct thorough security checks of individuals and vehicles entering and leaving the premises
- Operate and maintain security equipment, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms
- Provide a visible and reassuring presence to visitors, employees, and contractors
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, patrols, and inspections
- Comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Stay abreast of security best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a security officer (minimum of 2 years)
- SIA Close Protection or Public Space Surveillance license (preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
