Overview
EarnFlex Ltd., a leading provider of flexible workforce solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Manchester. Reporting to the Site Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and assets.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce security protocols and procedures
- Patrol designated areas, checking for unauthorized activities or suspicious behavior
- Respond to security breaches, emergencies, and incidents
- Conduct security checks of personnel, visitors, and vehicles
- Operate security equipment and surveillance systems
- Maintain accurate records and report security-related observations and incidents
- Assist law enforcement and other emergency responders as required
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with clients, employees, and visitors
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging security threats
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security officer role
- Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Physical fitness and ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient with security equipment and surveillance systems
- Knowledge of crowd control techniques and emergency response protocols
- SIA Security Guarding License or equivalent is desirable
