Job Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join its team in Nettleham. The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting the safety and security of a commercial property and its occupants.
Responsibilities
- Patrol the property on a regular basis, conducting thorough inspections and identifying potential hazards
- Monitor security cameras, observe activities, and respond to any suspicious behavior
- Control access to the property, verifying identification and issuing visitor passes
- Conduct security checks on vehicles and individuals entering and exiting the premises
- Assist with crowd control during special events or emergencies
- Report any incidents, observations, or concerns to management promptly
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation related to security activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders as necessary
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role
- Strong understanding of security procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Physical fitness and agility required for prolonged patrols
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
- SIA License or willingness to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe
