Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular security patrols of the premises
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alert appropriate authorities to any suspicious activity
- Respond to alarms and emergencies, and provide assistance as required
- Control access to the premises and ensure only authorized individuals enter
- Inspect vehicles and cargo for contraband or unauthorized items
- Report any security breaches or incidents to management
- Maintain a detailed log of all security-related activities
- Comply with all company security policies and procedures
Qualifications
- SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in the use of CCTV and other security equipment
- Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment
