Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional security services, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets
- Control access to buildings, premises, and restricted areas
- Respond to security incidents, including alarms, fires, and medical emergencies
- Conduct regular security checks and inspections of premises and equipment
- Provide customer service and assist visitors and employees
- Maintain accurate records and complete incident reports
- Stay abreast of best practices and advancements in security technology
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in the use of security equipment and surveillance systems
- Physical fitness and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is preferred
