Job Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Penrith, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and assets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, both inside and outside the building
- Monitor CCTV footage and respond to any incidents or suspicious activities
- Control access to the premises and maintain a visitor log
- Enforce fire safety regulations and ensure emergency procedures are followed
- Provide security and support to staff and guests
- Respond to alarms and incident reports in a timely and efficient manner
- Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services as required
- Prepare and submit incident reports
- Keep up-to-date with the latest security technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- SIA license (Security Industry Authority)
- Experience in a security officer role for a minimum of 2 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong observation and attention to detail
- Physical fitness and ability to work shifts
- Experience with CCTV monitoring and incident management
- Basic knowledge of fire safety and emergency procedures
- Clean driving license and a good driving record
