Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to protect and secure our facility in Peterborough, UK. The ideal candidate will possess strong observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to security incidents, and a commitment to ensuring the safety of our premises.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized individuals enter and exit
- Patrol the premises regularly, checking for any suspicious activity or security breaches
- Respond to and investigate security incidents promptly and efficiently
- Maintain surveillance equipment, including cameras, alarms, and access control systems
- Conduct security checks on visitors and contractors
- Report any suspicious behavior or incidents to designated personnel
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment for all employees and visitors
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a security role
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Excellent physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in security protocols and procedures
- Knowledge of surveillance equipment and security technology preferred
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
