Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Pitlochry, UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing security services and maintaining the safety of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol premises to deter and prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage
• Perform access control, screening visitors, and issuing passes
• Respond to alarms, investigate incidents, and provide first aid as necessary
• Conduct security inspections and identify potential security risks
• Enforce security policies and procedures, including fire safety and evacuation protocols
• Report suspicious activity, incidents, and breaches of security to management
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required
• Maintain communication with other security personnel and staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in a security officer role
• Strong knowledge of security principles, procedures, and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid SIA license or willingness to obtain one

Additional Skills and Experience Preferred

• Experience in CCTV monitoring and access control systems
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR
• Experience in crowd control or event security
• Customer service experience
