Job Overview

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol designated areas to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
- Observe and record suspicious activity, individuals, or vehicles
- Conduct background checks and escort visitors as required
- Maintain security equipment, such as CCTV cameras and access control systems
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services
- Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports
- Adhere to all company and legal health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a security role
- Strong physical presence and excellent observational skills
- Proficient in CCTV monitoring and access control systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- First aid and emergency response certification preferred
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Valid UK driver's license
