Full time Security Officer in Raphoe

Job Description Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to provide comprehensive security services at its premises in Raphoe Townparks, Raphoe. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding people, assets, and property while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to detect and deter unauthorized entry or activities
• Operate and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion alarms
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and mitigate security risks
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, ensuring safety and minimizing damage
• Control access to the premises and verify the identities of visitors and staff
• Maintain accurate security logs and documentation
• Report security incidents, suspicious activities, and breaches of policy to management
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Security Guard License or equivalent certification
• 2+ years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in surveillance and observation techniques
• Strong physical presence and ability to deter potential threats
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to report incidents accurately
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of relevant security regulations and best practices
• Physical fitness sufficient for regular patrols and response activities
