Description Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Redcar. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our workplace and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access and suspicious activity
• Respond to alarms and incidents promptly and effectively
• Conduct security inspections and maintain surveillance equipment
• Prepare and maintain security logs and reports
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist with access control and visitor management
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with employees, visitors, and the public
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security officer role
• Strong physical fitness and stamina
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in security equipment and technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license preferred
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
