Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Reymerston, Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol company property, including buildings, grounds, and parking areas
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control and trespassing prevention
- Conduct inspections and record any suspicious activities or incidents
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement
- Control access to restricted areas and escort visitors
- Maintain security equipment, such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems
- Report security breaches and incidents to management
- Collaborate with other security personnel and local authorities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a security officer role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work in a demanding environment
- Proficient in using security equipment and technology
- Knowledge of applicable security laws and regulations
- Current driver's license and clean driving record
