Job Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team at our Riddlesden site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the property and perimeter to detect any suspicious activity or security breaches
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any alarms or incidents
- Control access to the site and issue visitor passes
- Enforce company security policies and procedures
- Report all security-related incidents to management
- Provide first-aid assistance in case of emergencies
- Maintain detailed logs and documentation of all security-related events
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and updates in security protocols
Qualifications:
- SIA license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Proven experience as a security officer in a similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness and ability to work extended hours and shifts
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, first aid, and fire safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
