Job Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Full Time Security Officer to maintain the safety and security of our premises in Ripon, UK. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security protocols, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the premises through surveillance cameras, intercom systems, and physical patrols
- Inspect and maintain security equipment, including alarm systems, locks, and emergency exits
- Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, and suspicious activities
- Conduct routine patrols of the premises and its perimeter
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and security regulations
- Maintain accurate security logs and report any incidents or observations
- Collaborate with law enforcement and other security personnel as needed
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide guidance on security matters
Qualifications
- SIA-licensed with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
- Excellent knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Strong situational awareness and ability to assess potential risks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and with a high level of integrity
- Physically fit and able to work extended shifts
- Proficiency in using CCTV monitoring equipment and security software
