Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Ripon, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This on-site role requires a proactive and vigilant individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to security breaches and emergencies
- Identify and report potential hazards or security risks
- Control access to authorized personnel and vehicles
- Conduct security inspections and document findings
- Assist with emergency evacuations and drills
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Report incidents and accidents in a timely manner
- Comply with all safety and security policies and procedures
Qualifications
- SIA Security Guard License or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
- Excellent physical fitness and stamina
- Strong observation and surveillance skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in written and verbal reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
