Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to protect its premises and assets in Rushton, Kettering. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security protocols, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, and property
- Implement and enforce security procedures, including access control, surveillance, and incident response
- Screen and control access to the premises through gates, entrances, and exits
- Conduct physical searches of individuals and vehicles as necessary
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity in a timely and efficient manner
- Report and document incidents, observations, and security-related activities
- Conduct routine inspections of security equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain a clean and organized security area
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Security Officer in a commercial or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, including access control, surveillance, and incident response
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and ability to perform routine patrols and inspections
- Valid SIA license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience in using security equipment and systems
- Clean criminal record
