Job Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises in Sandbeds. This is an on-site position located at BD20 5NQ.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor designated areas to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, or vandalism
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies swiftly and effectively
- Communicate with employees, visitors, and external parties as necessary
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security
- Maintain security equipment and conduct regular inspections
- Prepare and submit detailed security reports and incident logs
- Cooperate with local authorities and law enforcement as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods
- Working knowledge of security principles and practices
- Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred
- Valid security license or willingness to obtain one
