EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a proactive and experienced Full-Time Security Officer for our Shaw Lane location. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security protocols, surveillance techniques, and emergency response procedures. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining order, protecting assets, and ensuring the safety of staff and visitors at our premises.

Overview

As a Full-Time Security Officer at Shaw Lane, your responsibilities will include:

• Enforcing security policies and procedures
• Conducting regular security patrols
• Monitoring CCTV cameras and other security systems
• Screening visitors and controlling access to restricted areas
• Responding to alarms and other emergencies
• Preparing and submitting security reports
• Maintaining security logs and records
• Liaising with local law enforcement and emergency services

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and property
• Monitor and control access to the premises
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity
• Investigate security breaches and report findings
• Provide customer service and deal with inquiries
• Maintain accurate logs and records
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging security threats

Qualifications

• SIA Security Industry Authority License (or working towards obtaining one)
• At least 2 years of experience as a security officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work in a demanding environment
• Proficient in using security equipment and technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clean driving record (valid UK driving license required)

Additional Desired Qualifications

• First Aid certification
• Conflict resolution training
• Knowledge of fire safety and evacuation procedures
• Experience in working with vulnerable populations
