Overview:
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team at our facility in Shepreth, Royston. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment by enforcing company security policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the facility, including visitors, employees, and contractors
- Perform regular patrols of the premises to detect any suspicious activity or security breaches
- Respond to alarms and security incidents promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
- Assist with investigations and report incidents to management
- Provide customer service and support to visitors and employees
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a security officer in a similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using security monitoring equipment and systems
- Strong attention to detail and alertness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent physical fitness and mobility
- Valid SIA license
