Job Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Smethwick. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises and assets, ensuring the well-being of our employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, checking for any suspicious activity or security breaches
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other security systems, responding promptly to any alerts
- Enforce company security policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management
- Conduct background checks on new employees and visitors
- Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports
- Assist with emergency response procedures and evacuation drills
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and security agencies as needed
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security officer role
- Strong knowledge of security principles and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using CCTV and other security technology
- Physically fit and able to respond to emergency situations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clean criminal record
