Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team at our South Weald, Essex location. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures
- Control access to restricted areas and screen visitors and staff
- Conduct routine security checks of buildings, equipment, and grounds
- Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, and suspicious activity
- Conduct investigations and document incidents and observations
- Enforce company policies and regulations related to safety, security, and order
- Maintain accurate records and provide reports on security-related incidents
- Provide customer service and assistance to visitors and staff
- Stay abreast of best practices and industry trends in security
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of security equipment and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driving license and clean driving record preferred
